Once we receive your Request for Service Form, we will book you in for an Initial Meeting. You'll have the chance to get to know us while one of our experienced staff gets to know you. You will experience the following:

- You will be able to discuss what the next steps to get your supports look like underway. It’s all about creating a personalised and supportive plan that works for you!
