What makes us different? We are all Peer! That means we all have a lived experience of a journey through mental health challenges, so we all understand what it's like to be in a hard place. We have built our services on what supports have worked for us - and what we wish we had been able to access when we needed help. We share ideas with each other all the time, and love trying new groups and events that will strengthen self-awareness, connection and joy.
Who can we help?
Anyone who believes our services sound like a great fit for them and feels ready to make a change (18+).
